One of the most experienced Appliance Technicians in Charlotte, NC with 41 full time years of carrying a tool box. I started watching over my father’s shoulder when I was 12. Piedmont Appliance Service was opened by my father in 1962, after working as a service manager for a major appliance manufacturer. In the course of over  50 years of business, we have serviced and sold Kitchenaid, Hotpoint, and Maytag brand appliances.

In the mid 1970’s, we decided only to service and repair appliances. I have been trained by Bosch,  Fisher & Paykel, Jenn-air, Kitchenaid, Maytag, Thermador, Uline, and Whirlpool. I am currently authorized to perform warranty work by the following manufacturers: Bosch and Thermador.
