One of the most experienced Appliance Technicians in Charlotte, NC with 45 full time years of carrying a tool box. I started watching over my father’s shoulder when I was 12. Piedmont Appliance Service was opened by my father in 1962, after he worked as a service manager for a major appliance manufacturer. In the course of over 64years of business, we have serviced and sold Kitchenaid, Hotpoint, and Maytag brand appliances.

In the mid 1970’s, we decided only to service and repair appliances. I have been trained by Bosch,  Fisher & Paykel, Kitchenaid, Maytag, Thermador, Uline, and Whirlpool. I do not perform warranty work.
