Do you have aluminum foil in the bottom of your oven? It’s great for catching spills, but it really fools the temperature sensor into reporting a bogus temperature to the controls. Try baking without the foil before pushing the panic button. Also, consider letting the oven stand for 10-15 minutes after preheating, to make sure the oven has time to absorb the heat of preheating. Very important with Thermador and Bosch brands
